About Hilary Greer Fike

Ms. Fike is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. She has written two articles published in THE COLORADO LAWYER highlighting some QDRO malpractice traps, such as improper structuring of survivors' benefits and death of participant before execution of a QDRO. These articles provide information on client rights and elements of well-drafted QDROs. She also wrote an article entitled "Qualified Pension Trends and Divorce Considerations", Published in the AMERICAN JOURNAL OF FAMILY LAW.

Ms. Fike's firm also provides consulting services to employers and plan administrators in reviewing QDROs and implementing streamlined QDRO procedures. She also works with employers and plan administrators to develop model QDROs tailored to the employer's specific plan(s) and administrative objectives.

Ms. Fike is presently writing an article on executive compensation and divorce considerations.
